Site·fluent: a person who is fluent in making websites

After receiving my initial contract role working with the congresswomen, other contacts within my area began to reach out to me with additional work opportunities.

Once I had completed multiple projects for various clients, I realized that I needed to start a business to develop a defined brand.

What I offered

Website Design

I designed custom websites tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of businesses.

Social Media Design

I helped brands stand out on social media platforms through captivating visuals.

Email Newsletter Design

I created visually stunning newsletter that captured and engaged audiences.

Website Development

I brought websites to life with functionality and a smooth user experience.

Word of mouth

After creating my company, I began reaching out to my network and received interest from other Oregon-based clients that were in need of my services.

As I completed multiple projects, I started to feel more confident in what I could offer. After landing a job working as a UX/UI designer, my business started to become my side hustle as I continued to strengthen my skillset in tech.

Meet my clients

My clients were primarily small business and retail store owners, and I helped bring their visions to life through design and implementation.

Resupop

Resupop hired me to design and develop their online resume business. My work included building their marketing site, a user dashboard, payment processing system, communication tool, and a resume delivery process to streamline their operations and provide an intuitive user experience.

The primary goal was to ensure a simple and seamless experience from the moment users signed up to when they received their final resume.

With this in mind, I worked closely with the owner to define key functionalities that would streamline each step. I identified the best approach by focusing on simplifying user interactions and automating workflows.

The final product provided users with a simple, step-by-step process to create an account, complete payment, and submit their information directly through the website. In four simple steps, users were on their way to applying for a job with their fresh resume.

A smooth process

Hale Men's Clinic

Hale Men’s Clinic hired me to redesign their website to improve conversion rate. Great emphasis was placed on educating potential customers, and it was important to them that the redesign maintained this core value.

The redesign was focused on the treatment plan page, aiming to give customers all the details they needed about the clinic’s offerings and pricing.

However, the page overwhelmed users with too much information at once and lacked a clear call-to-action, making it harder to guide them toward taking the next step.

I took all the information they wanted to provide to their customers and split it into three categories, allowing users to easily comprehend what Hale Men's Clinic offered and how they could help.

Each of the three new pages were simplified to provide clear information hierarchy towards conversions. I made sure the membership and expectation pages clearly communicated the information and always lead to a call-to-action on the page.

Built for action

Howl Goods

At Howl Goods, I designed a comprehensive email newsletter campaign that integrated sign-up forms, promotional offers, and engaging content. The goal was to enhance customer engagement, drive sales, and foster community around the brand.
Howl Good Free Gift Screen
I started by designing an offering of a free limited edition Trail Wallet to new subscribers, driving sign-ups and future purchases. Additionally, I created multiple branded templates to send to their mailing list offering limited items, deals and story about the business to encourage repeat customer engagement and brand awareness.
